Pros

Organization prides itself on product innovation which is good. Colleagues are generally mild and assistive. Company has healthy sales and profit figures. Some efforts being made to realize interconnectedness in manufacturing. Colleagues are generally respectful of one's off hours, hence work life is quite balanced.

Cons

Salary is below market rate, which ties to low working motivation. In contrast to product innovation, process innovation is highly lacking and new technologies are slow to adopt. Process is still quite traditional; overall the transformation into the smart factory of tomorrow is slow. Career progression is foggy, and personal skill development can only be pursued at own individual's expense. Insufficient software tools like CAD to facilitate engineering discussions.
