      Pros

      Pays well. Fast paced. No day is the same as the next.

      Cons

      If you like devoting your life to your employer this place is for you. Dispatchers are not seen/heard/considered by upper management in decisions directly involving dispatch. Expected to work insane hours. No regard for mental health. Extremely toxic work environment.

      The people there are great to work with.

      Cons

      Processes are convoluted. Class system in operation. Low pay in comparison to industry average. No bonuses for roles which are typically incentivized.
