Joining SCC as Chief Marketing Officer has been an incredibly rewarding and energising experience. From day one, I’ve been inspired by the culture of excellence that runs through every part of the organisation. The Rigby family and the leadership team is deeply collaborative and focused, creating an environment where innovation and customer success are truly at the core of everything we do.
One of the most exciting aspects of my role has been shaping and driving our marketing strategy. We’re building something bold, insight-led, and customer-obsessed and the energy around it is palpable. There’s a real sense of momentum as we connect the strength of our brand with a clear, forward-thinking vision that supports growth, transformation, and value for our customers.
What makes it all come to life is the people. Across the business, there’s a remarkable level of professionalism, expertise, and passion. It’s an absolute privilege to work alongside such a talented and motivated team, all pushing in the same direction.
I’m loving the journey so far and feel incredibly proud to be part of a company that’s not only breaking new ground in digital transformation, but delivers with ambition and heart. I think this come from being part of a family business - it's so unique to still be privately owned and I'm also pretty sure that's also why we have some of the highest staff rentention rates in the industry.
