Under staffed
1 payrise in 8 years 4 years ago, despite constant bragging about profits.
No progression for most, management want to keep staff where they are when they are good at the job rather than rewarding them.
Terrible parking
Upper management have no compassion
Hypocritical company preaching loyalty and family values but never showing any of it
Outdated technology for all but the top level
Recent example is a staff member was made redundant just after his 25 year service, a post on the intranet was congratulating him on his 25 years and how amazing it is, not a mention of his redundancy in an understaffed dept to cut costs to the detriment of customer service.
Building filthy and dust covered, no natural light and terrible toilet facilities which are filthy
Too many managers, staff being made redundant despite a department of 40 having 7 managers!!
No rewards apart from a very poor reward scheme that no one ever uses and 10% off a few posh hotels if you show your ID which I certainly wouldn't bother with.
Lower level employees get treated poorly and ignored by the upper management, staff who have been in the company for 15 years who previously enjoyed it have become disillusioned and left, many good experienced long serving staff leaving because of the way things are going.
