Pros

Nothing I can remember .....

Cons

one of the worst work environment you can experience. Technically the company is way behind, using very old technologies. Very bad work culture. Coming 11 am and going 9 pm. On Saturdays , managers expect you to come to office for no reason. My advice is to not to join the company unless you have no other option. Consider SCA as a worst option only as their are many good companies with good salary and work culture and learning.

Pros

- I am new to the supply chain domain/software industry, and I am very impressed how much time folks at all levels of the organization will spend sharing their point of view and industry knowledge. - One is not confined to contribute to only item or topics that are specific to their job responsibilities; there are many opportunities to collaborate cross functionally. - There is a good degree of flexibility provided to attend to things that happen outside of work without it being a "free- for- all". - The company is really committed to improving the culture of accountability in both the US and India office. They have invested in some training and are encouraging folks at all levels of the organization to concentrate on asking for giving feedback. - It is a pretty flat organization – not a lot of hierarchy getting in the way of progress which is refreshing. - Not a culture of micro-managing - Looking forward to being part of something big. Everyone on the team understands the vision and the goals.

Cons

- Because there is a lot of collaboration between India and US, it is critical that employees are flexible as it relates to occasionally working out of their “normal” schedule to get meetings accomplished. - Meetings tend to run long and folks not always buttoned up about accepting and appropriately changing meeting notices. - Paid Time Off is not as generous as some companies I have been with.
