Pros

People at Manager and ABM level. Company Values and Beliefs. Competitive pay but falling short on medical benefits.

Cons

Politics are rampant. Director level and above are solely focused on their personal agendas and advancing their own careers. SCJ has built a culture of Directors and NOT leaders. Sr Leadership evokes fear in employees and is not willing to accept or appreciate diverse thinking. HR is abysmal and can not be trusted. What was once an amazing company is now fighting for relevancy and existence in the new world.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
