Majority of the leadership in Frimley are working many years in the company and are approaching retirement, therefore they can’t inspire and motivate due to lack of interest from their side to do their job.

Working from home is only once a week and given the company location in Frimley you will need to spend time and money for commute
Training when you are a first starter is almost not existing
