Regarding returning to offices where local guidance has allowed, we have invested significant resources and have gone to great lengths in preparing our spaces for SCJ people to safely return to office. We have also offered additional benefits to help support SCJ people during these unique times, including childcare subsidies, testing, and vaccinations. We strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. We recognize this may not be the preference of some and appreciate that may be the case.
