- Constant focus on short term gains - Failure to put the consumer at the heart of our efforts - A return to office policy that angered many by how it was handled - Job rotations that happen so frequently that poor decisions that affect the bottom line are rarely answered for - True leaders that are few and far between Overall, It has been difficult to watch the recent exodus of so many good employees for reasons that are entirely avoidable. What’s worse is that some of those who left have left without future employment lined up, if that tells you anything, There is definitely an air of defeat around the office which can be felt by the way people act and behave around each other. The good people are slowly being ground down.
