Pros
Great brands. Good exposure. If interested, you can learn a lot and grow within. Good benefits and great people to work with. There are some great leaders trying to make it a great place for their people.
Cons
HQ location is not the best (Racine, WI), and on top of that they don’t have flexible commute plans in place. There is a Chicago office, but with very limited opportunities and a broken system to manage talent between the two offices. They are very old school when it comes to technology, telecommute policy and even dress code. CEO lost a lot of people’s respect when he showed minimal to none empathy to social issues like BLM. Also during COVID even though people kept pushing the company forward in so many ways, CEO kept desperately pushing for people to go back to the office because his perception is that WFH is not efficient at all. When people have been working hard and dealing with the whole stressful situation of a pandemic. The least they needed was to be forced back into the office . I wouldn’t be surprised once economy stabilizes and opportunities start to open, a lot of good talent will be leaving.
