Pros

- Colleagues are really nice and it's a really sociable environment if that's what you want. - People are generally happy to give help when needed - Good socials

Cons

- Resourcing issues all over the place - putting less experienced devs and testers from other countries on projects because people keep leaving in the UK because the pay sucks - CRMs pretty outrageously overpaid and extremely overworked. Turnover in this department is insane because the company can't recognise their importance. - Subtle sexism within the company. Female BAs tend to lead far fewer projects than their male counterparts, and just given way fewer opportunities. They also seemed to make all the female PMs redundant at the start of the year which was strange - Ginormous backlog in BAU, constant issues which need fixing yet company doesn't seem to want to fix them and underpay the people who are working on it - Whilst the socials are great, I've heard that the social budget is huge and I feel like that money would better go towards just paying your staff better

remote 3 days out of the week

Cons

Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
