      Cater to diverse multi lingual audience of Australia

      Cons

      Tech / HR/ Digital space is in 90s era. Company need to keep up with time in this space. Furniture staff who have been there forever blocking progress as they dont have technical skills and learning mindset. Most of older generation staff have "not my job" outlook.
