Pros
Very independent work environment where you get to flex your creative muscles at every turn. If you take great value in the work you produce, and aren't afraid to take on new challenges then SBI is for you. There's an investment in workers' personal growth, and an openness for you to define the work that you want to do. SBI pushes for improving its software, so lots of energy and investment is directed towards old and new services. Awesome benefits, generous compensation, and occasional bonuses. Not to mention a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful , conveniently located office.
Cons
Clients come with a lot of personal history and high expectations. Difficult for newer employees to catch onto the lack of highly regimented workplace processes. Occasionally scope of work isn't properly communicated. Work during Spring and development season can be fast paced and requires you to multitask heavily.
