Pros
Compared to other PSBs and private banks as well you will get better starting salary and perks and if you are one who is ready to be immersed in work and people networking you can get promotions real fast
Cons
There is no work life balance. There are crazy targets and organisation is not employee friendly. Transfers are not transparent and so are promotions. No communication from aggrieved employees is heard and the existing system is just an eyewash.
