Pros
A very "flat" management structure - you are only separated from the CEO by a couple of levels Lots of opportunities for growth within and outside of your role Coworkers share good business acumen all around, so if you're looking to level up your skills in that area, you'll have plenty of good role models available Opportunity to work in a truly global company, but still small enough to be on a first name basis with everyone Remote work is technically hybrid, but in practice you can work in the office or out of the home more or less as you like
Cons
Might be considered a bit "sink or swim" by some - there isn't much hand-holding here. For some this is actually a pro I suppose Not as much a "9-5" job - there will be times when you will have to be available for meetings earlier or later than you would normally expect. You will want to be very self directed. If that's you, this job will be a great fit. When it comes to ad hoc meetings, people are generally willing to work with you but are also very busy so "drop in" conversations or meetings aren't preferred in my experience. Better to set up something days or even a week in advance.
