If you’re anything but a yes man they will figure out a way to push you out. On more than one occasion employees were sacked due to fabricated evidence. Coincidentally this was shortly after reporting members of management to HR. This job destroyed my mental health. HR don’t follow proper procedures and then fabricate evidence of those procedures being followed. Super toxic culture
