      Company exists only because of its CEO. CEO is kind hearted towards lower staff. You can get money with no Technical Knowledge and with zero work load. Zero work load.

      Cons

      Zero growth. Zero professional Experience. Zero Self respect. Highly Political Environment. Management Problems.

      Pros

      - Beautiful location - Cooperative and knowledgeable staff - Emphasize on teaching and helping each student reach his/her potential - Pay is reasonable for new teachers

      Cons

      - Tons of adjunct faculty (case in point: I only worked for one semester because I then moved on for a post-doc... this situation is not uncommon, leading to lots of employee turnaround and many new/ relatively inexperienced teachers) - Training was a pain (extra day of commuting and several hours each week of unpaid work)
