This helps us to understand the areas other than our specific area of interest (be it Server/ Storage/ Virtualization/ Windows/ Linux/ Networking/ etc) - Getting exposed to management qualities right from the beginning. - In solutions perspective, we are encouraged to do all the reversible configuration mistakes in our testing lab facility, then learn from them so as to be perfect during customer live environment implementations/ troubleshooting/ migrations. - Minimal resources, hence greater the focus on each engineers technical skill set improvement. - Good employee/ employer relationship. - 1 year of skill set earned within our organization will be equivalent to 2-3years of skill set earned by a similar engineer outside similar vertical. - The Salary will be credited on time month on month. Hence we can plan the budget for the month accordingly. - Good team collaboration

- As with any support organization, the time gets fragmented & sometimes difficult to balance between official/ personal life. - Minimal resources also leads to higher dependencies on the resources in case of that resource getting relieved.
