Friendly People fast environment lots of room to grow

within the company we need more consistency. However that is more common with fast growing companies

There are not many pros.

Owner is out of touch with reality and narcissistic. He berates employees loudly and publicly, management chooses favorites. He has lost a lot of valuable employees.
