- Some people can be friendly (mostly 1-6 months worker and also some long-time ground crew workers) and are willing to give you some good advice on dealing with this job. - You get to see how flights and ground crews are operated. - If you like taking charge, this job is suitable for you, as you will coordinate with other departments. - If you love dealing with unexpected challenges that arises (very, very common), this is also for you.
Cons
- Salary is not that amazing. - Shifting is not great. When looking at the schedules, some workers worked overtime for a long time. - Some co-workers (mostly seniors) can be moody and not easy to talk with, so if you ask some questions they think are stupid (stupid question to them, but not for you since you are new), then be ready to deal with their moody-toned reply.
