The company is severely lacking leadership. Upper management is unapproachable, disorganized, and seems to have no clear vision for the future. They make changes without consulting employees or providing any reasoning, leading to confusion and frustration. The work environment is highly toxic. The culture is extremely gossipy, and there are clear cliques within the office. Instead of teamwork and collaboration, it’s a petty atmosphere where certain people constantly talk behind others' backs and try to one-up each other for personal gain. This creates a hostile environment and undermines any sense of trust between coworkers. Same goes for management.
