Pros
there are no pros to working here.
Cons
where do i even begin? -one of the main things interns to do is "casting." it's for a fake movie sequel that has been in the casting phase for 10 years...yeah right. you're just given a fake script and expected to waste actor's time. (if you happen to be an actor researching the company right now...don't waste your time.) -they lie about working on big time projects they had no hand in. -the owner is your stereotypical Hollywood trash. do not be surprised when he says or does something sexist, racist, or homophobic. tries to come off as a good guy because he is "Christian." -promises he treats his employees so well "he just cant get rid of them." it's a lie. as an intern you're expected to work like a full-time employee and fix company problems. he actually lacks a proper staff. even the "employees" are just glorified interns. if you choose to stay, he pays you under the table so you can get significantly paid under minimum wage. -overall, the intern position is just used to exploit young people who want to get into Hollywood.
