Cons
As Concur has grown a glass ceiling between senior management and staff has developed and an excessive layer of middle management has been introduced. This has produced a less than inclusive environment where talent is overlooked and good ideas are lost and the critical start up ethos and environment has been lost. Promotion is rarely based on genuine merit and ability. Excessive workloads matched with a strict "work from the office" culture means that the work life balance is totally broken. Corporate success is no longer reflected in employee rewards.
