Thank you for the feedback. And thank you for referencing the employee engagement survey that we started running among our employee base last year. It has been an invaluable tool for us to learn more about the needs of our people - and the things that they like about Concur and the areas that we can improve. We know this - happy and motivated employees are the lifeblood of any successful company.
This year, we have made addressing the feedback in the employee engagement surveys a corporate objective for each organization. Each executive leader has crafted a plan to specifically address the unique areas of feedback that came from their teams. Already, we believe that this feedback loop is having a positive impact.
Rest assured, as it relates to the feedback of this reviewer, that the entire Concur executive team - myself included - are reading and acting on these surveys. I actually read not only the summarized results but also every single free text response as well. As a founder of the company, I take the employee experience at Concur very personally.
