Cons
-Management does not follow it's own rules. There is no point going after large clients/deals because management will find arbitrary ways to reduce your commission if they owe you too much. -Severe lack of training, you are expected to sink or swim and if you don't provide results immediately you will be fired. -Mid level managers are ultimately powerless and simply follow orders out of fear of being fired by the CEO -High turnover even among C-Level Staff. -CEO is feared by most people at the company due to short temper, best tactic is to not draw his attention as much as possible (unless you are Polish in which case you have nothing to worry about) -Promotion based on perception and not merit, could be a Pro if you don't mind a little social engineering
