Not great - Research Scientist SAHMRI Employee Review

Fairly toxic work environment. While co-workers were generally good people, many upper management/lab heads are terrible, self-serving, egotistical, and narcissistic. SAHMRI upper management are often hypocritical and only care about their external image. Don't care much about staff career development. Pay is lower than universities Have been having funding issues for a while now. They'll give lab heads pay rises while cutting staff salaries, for cost savings... If you complain to HR, they will use the information against you.
