Can try different projects and tools Good place to gain experience for fast-learner. Entry level for Business Intelligence/ Big data/ Business Analyst
Cons
Worst management and policy forever. Only hire fresh graduates with very low salaries. No training for them and work. Sales team always lie to client, actually there are few IT professional and lot of unskillful freshmen. Most of the projects deliver with bad quality. Most of the staff get experience after 1 year and leave.
