Pros
Mfg team is great. Everyone is willing to help one another. Plenty of overtime and your meal is paid for on certain projects, pay is average. No benefits as a temp but Sometimes Danial General manager will give you most of the holiday pay.
Cons
Start looking around for another job if you are not hired within 3 months. Poor training. Very disorganized. You will have a review with your supervisor of expectations but no one really have time to train you on. You are expected to self train. When you are getting train you are expected to get it at the first time.
Overtime is required on the projects you are working on and you will be finding yourself working 10 to 18 hours days including weekends. You will waste a few hours looking for equipements and when you finally found the equipement you need it is reserve for another project that starts in a week and you find yourself frustrated.
If you cant hang with the overtime avoid this place, they dgaf about your life outside of work. If hired it will be a lateral hire, no raise.
Above con is my most unbias opinion about SAFC. There is more to list but you can find out some more when you work at this company.
Cheers!
