Pros

I was able to watch the company harness its growth potential and make improvements to the culture, benefits, and pay structures. Management was professional, constructive, and provided opportunity for my career growth. They provided compensation for training as well as certifications to improve overall knowledge of GCP and Google products. Overall my time at SADA improved many skills in my sales career and I enjoyed my time with the company.

Cons

Work-life balance for sales is a grey area where I was occasionally serving clients in the European markets. Business / sales order of operations can be vastly improved.

There are smart people here.

Cons

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
