      SADA goes above and beyond to show care and attention to its employees. From the very first interview, to onboarding, to my direct team, everyone has been consistently supportive and always there for you. The company is always listening to our feedback and making an effort to address every issue ranging from mental health to Diversity & Inclusion.

      It can be hard to detach or take time off sometimes.

      There are smart people here.

      I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
