SPR People are awesome! Stable, conservative and financially strong company with good benefits, moderate freedom to take ownership of a job and seek best career path. Fairly diverse business model, with parent and sister companies that offer some additional connections for future growth. Great B2B reputation and within the community.
Cons
Lack of support to cultivate, reward and/or incentivize great employees which creates a culture of demotivated employees. Efforts being made to address are sporadic and a bit slow- often feeling more reactive instead of feeling proactive. Not exactly forward thinking when it comes to family, but nothing extreme or dark ages either. To some extent "family friendliness" or "flexibility" varies by department and manager... and of course, the employee. SPR has been slow to even consider looking for new footing on safe ground for any kind of "official" policy changes in this arena.
