Pros
There are many positive things about S-Docs, where do I start? Culture is everything with this organization and this really sets the tone for the employees, a happy employee works harder for their employer if they feel appreciated, and S-Docs exceeds that! You'll love the communication each department has with one another, there is never ego involved and you really feel like you make a difference. I've worked with S-Docs for a little over a year and nothing has changed (in a good way). There wasn't a thing promised that S-Docs did not follow through with, they are an open book and are very willing to listen. The benefits are great and if you have a family, just know your family IS COVERED and you can take a sigh of relief. There are great wellness perks that show you, S-Docs really does care about their employee's physical and mental health.
Cons
No cons (I know, so cliche to say as a current employee) but really. If you don't have a strong work ethic and are a go-getter, this place isn't the right fit for you. Some might look at it as a con to be a decision-maker and or problem solver but really, S-Docs gives you the chance to take the lead and make the choices.
