Pros

Great culture from upper management down to entry level positions. Everyone is willing to help. Benefits are very nice. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement if the work is put in.

Cons

The connection between operations and sales can be lacking, especially if the sales team and operations plant are in different locations.

big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

Cons

too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
