Difficult people and HR - Production Shift Work Rx Systems Employee Review

I am so sorry you have such a difficult time! Thank you for sharing. We are working hard to improve communication and the employee/supervisor relationship. There should have been a shift supervisor on each shift who was available to assist employees with issues they were having. We do not have sick time, but we offer PTO which can be used for any need that the employee may have and an employee accrues 80 hours within the first year of employment. We know insurance costs are challenging and are working every year to try to determine ways that we can reduce costs that are passed along to the employee.
