Pros
Work on projects to improve lesson presentations that are researched base. Colleagues are helpful. Tuition remission is the biggest perk. Health benefit's are average but becoming expense in regards with percentage of compensation.
Cons
Salary is low for the amount of outreach done. Heavy micro management. Salary employees are clocking in and out. High employee turn over rate. Not supportive for employees looking to advance with-in or take advantage of tuition remission (some classes are in the morning or in afternoon).
