      I was asked to complete a broad range of projects, which allowed me to expand my skillset and contribute to the team. I learned a lot under experienced senior developers.

      The pay is not great, as Rutgers is a public institution

      Sometimes it's hard to know if you are meeting expectations as far as how much work is done within the day

      Wonderful faculty. Beautiful campus. Variety of classroom sizes.

      Cons

      Far distance between classrooms. Campus buses not reliable. Will not give full-time status to lecturers who work over 40 hours per week. No benefits.
