- Hours are extremely reasonable - encouraged to have a life - autonomous work flow without unrealistic metrics - genuine and kind leadership
Cons
- the state of the office is often dirty - simple procedures don't work-- the printer is always down, why? Great question - infrastructure is lacking - no 401K program
