Pros
In an industry filled with empty promises and "churn and burn" reputations, RTA follows through on their goal to change the perception of the staffing industry. Educated and calculated business decisions with a true sense of developing entrepreneurs. Leadership does a great job of matching employees' talents/strengths with roles that they can be successful in, which is a foreign and unconventional thought in the industry.
Cons
Growing pains. An aggressive growth strategy has resulted in a sense of disorganization at times and the feeling of being overwhelmed. Influencers for decision-making objectives sometimes result in too much of a sense of "big staffing companies."
