Pros
Julia Povolny is very pleasant to work with. She's very enthusiastic about matching candidates with employers and really listens to your needs. Some recruiters focus on placement alone, and in the process push candidates towards roles that they may not be 100% comfortable with. Julia goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are happy - both candidates and employers.

Contacts were not quick to respond unless the company you work for contacted them
At random times a paycheck could be missed and it would be up to a week before you got it
