Pros
Really enjoyed my time here and learned from a lot of smart people. Full of people that grew up in the culture and a lot of people that have been there for 15+ years. They do make the best products in the industry as their standard product would be considered highly custom by their competitors. Leadership and direction of company was changing right after I left.
Cons
At the time there was not much structure or opportunity to move up. The running joke was if you wanted to move up you had to quit and come back. Pay was low compared to the market.
