Best Team, Great people & work is fun! Y'all, I love my job!!!!!! Walking into not only a new position with a different company, but new to property management all together, I thought it would take me a while to learn my position as Leasing Agent, also fitting in with my new coworkers. I have had so many jobs where it was such a toxic work environment. I can honestly say here at Rushmore Management, I have yet to see/hear any toxicity. No gossip, no disrespecting each other, no hatred. I love my Property Manager and Assistant Manager. They show such respect in all aspects of the word. Amazing at explaining, training, and understanding. When I have questions they always have an answer or find it out. They listen to me, ask me my opinions, and follow through with anything and everything they say. When I get confused or just don't understand something they both are excellent at breaking it down in a way that I get it. It doesn't happen often when that happens but when it does they are great. And when I say my PM and APM have my back I mean it. Maintenance guys are great. Prior to starting here I was a little fearful of anyone respecting me as the Leasing Agent. This again, is because of prior experiences with former employment (NOT RUSHMORE MGMT) lol. From Day 1, no one was hateful, no dirty looks, no back talk, nor gossip. Maintenance guys are awesome at their job. I see each one of them work hard every day finishing work orders, fixing urgent work order calls same day and let up be honest. It's summer time and HOT!! When I say these guys work, they work! We as a Team respect each other. We listen and don't judge HAHAHA. But seriously, we all truly do respect and listen and work so well with one another and I am very proud and excited to work for Rushmore Mgmt. I don't see myself leaving any time soon.

Cons

no cons where I work. I am so blessed to work here. After all the toxic employments I have had over the year, I can actually say I am finally at a place where there is no drama, gossip, disrespect, nor disregarding my worth as an employee.

Pros

I genuinely love coming to work at Rushmore Management. The atmosphere here is warm and supportive — my supervisors are friendly, down-to-earth, and will go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need to succeed and grow in my role. But what really makes Rushmore stand out from other companies I've worked for is the structure. Everyone knows exactly what their responsibilities are, and management does a fantastic job of managing expectations so there's never any confusion about what's being asked of you. That kind of clarity makes a huge difference day to day. If you want a company that actually invests in its people and has its act together operationally, look no further. Rushmore Management is the real deal.
