Pros
The work flow is very rewarding. It’s a relaxed, family-like environment. Everyone is always helping each other to learn more and apply that knowledge toward a higher degree of success. Management is very supportive, and the team members are very close-knit. I love the job, and after 3 years, I know I will continue succeeding here and drive myself to the next level. There are a number of advancement opportunities available, and the pay is great!
