      Company core values, growth opportunity. The opportunity for a successful career if here (if you work 12-14 hours a day)

      Cons

      Constant management changes, constant audits, work load, business management system which doesn't track lost sales and filled with glitches (Please fix it!).

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
