Pros

I really like my boss and have been promoted a couple times since joining the company. If you get a good manager who truly cares about you, you have good work ethic, are easy to work with, and you do a good job, opportunities are there for the taking in many cases. Within my department, there is little micromanagement meaning we trust our employees to do a good job. Fast growing company with a lot of opportunity to move up with time. Moved to a more updated computer system recently (SAP)

Cons

Vacation time is minimal with two weeks after your first year. The third week of vacation doesn't come until your 10th year and that's it. At most companies this size, you have 4-5 weeks by 10 years. This one thing alone will make it where I will always look elsewhere for opportunities, even when I am happy with what I do. Being able to relax and enjoy life is important. I wish the company got that. Employees are not often as valued by upper management as they should be because there's not a true understanding of how much they are needed. Money should not be valued over people. Yes it is a business, but without people you are nothing. There needs to be more training company wide. Health insurance is very expensive, especially if you have to add a dependent. No paid maternity or paternity leave, and only 7 holidays. The days after Thanksgiving and Christmas would be nice.

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
