      Pay...initially, depending on location, manager, etc, work life balance

      Cons

      Are just a number to them. If upper management does not like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. Does not get to know the team, although preaches a team atmosphere. Does not follow their own rules, only answers to share holders. Does not any long term employee, will throw out like garbage.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
