      Decent working hours For the most part you are left alone to do your job Big company with deep pockets and plans for growth

      Cons

      Lack of training Communication is limited in location and from HQ Unlimited commission potential is presented to you but, is completely unrealistic

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
