We have recently introduced a new recognition program designed to recognize and reward employees for their work they do on a daily basis, not just long term achievements. Hopefully, this program will assist our leaders in recognizing and rewarding great work and the efforts of our employees.

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
