Pros

The management genuinely cares about employees' well-being. They actively share knowledge, encourage growth, and motivate us to excel in both our careers and personal lives. Work-life balance is truly valued here—you can enjoy your time with family after work, on weekends, and during your leave without any unnecessary interruptions. While workplace politics exist everywhere, our management handles them wisely, ensuring a positive environment where employees remain happy and unaffected. Some negative reviews come from former employees who left due to personal reasons, often influenced by their peers. However, those experiences do not reflect the true culture of this company. Overall, this is a great place to work, with supportive leadership and a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

If the company was truly as bad as some past reviews claim, why do so many employees choose to stay and continue working here? Think about it. A company’s real culture is reflected in the people who remain, grow, and thrive—not just in the opinions of those who left for personal reasons.

Pros

I'm sorry but there was none

Cons

During interview, it was understood and made clearly with alignment on mutual parties for the expectation of a hybrid work setting before acceptance, given the nature of jobscope which allowed such flexibility, plus the daily travelling distance consideration. Post offer acknowledgment however, things turned out much differently, with biased treatment among same department (providing the flexibility to some but not for all staff under rediculous terms and policies). Even some probationary staff enjoyed the luxury at that time, but not everyone. On top, you are expected to stay back for long hours which was previously not aligned, coupled with no absolute apparent justifications that the additional effort would add any meaningful productivity or measurable outcomes to the business. Contigency proposals were also ignored by the management. A true dissapointment, but truly learnt as career experience and moved on.
