Great field employees, horrible management - Paramedic Rural/Metro Medical Services Employee Review

Very family oriented, and employee friendly.

I cannot think of anything bad.

I am new here so far it seems like it is laid back not too much office gossip and drama.

Training or lack there of you get stuck with another employee and watch them work for two weeks on the last day you are expected to know how to navigate through the system and you sign paper work stating that you learned when in fact you just wasted two weeks watching someone wore the office space is also very crowded and many of the employees are very unprofessional there is also not it to speak of and the equipment is very out dated.
