Zero Interviewing skills - Human Resources Manager Ruptok Employee Review

Unprofessional management. Do not know how to prepare  JD. Took my interview. Got selected, they gave me an Offer letter . Joined had orientation. After working for more than half a day, one of the co founders told me that she doesnt have confidence in me as she got feedback that I am not from a technical background., She confessed that she forgot to ask me in the interview if I was a technical person or not. I assured her that i am on the job and can learn the software part. But i was asked to leave. What Nonsense? What rubbish?
